[Korean] How to cook Potato pancakes with spicy sesame sauce
Ingredients
- 3 (about 360 g) potatoes, peeled, grated
- 1 onion, coarsely grated
- 1 long green chilli, seeded, finely chopped
- 80 ml (â…“ cup) vegetable oil
- toasted sesame seeds, sliced green chilli and spring onions, to serve
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 rice vinegar
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp caster sugar
