- 160 g chopped toasted walnuts, plus extra to serve
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 500 g (3⅓ cups) flour
- 1½ tbsp caster sugar
- 125 ml (½ cup) peanut oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly whisked
