- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp finely julienned ginger
- 1 tbsp chilli jam
- 2 small red chillies, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 packets round dumpling wrappers
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup Chinese red vinegar
- 1 large red chilli, finely sliced on the diagonal
- black sesame seeds, to garnish
