- 120 g (4¼ oz) all-purpose potatoes, cut into small chunks
- 40 g (1½ oz/¼ cup) frozen baby peas
- 250 g (9 oz) marinara mix – prawns, fish and scallops
- 250 g (9 oz) firm white fish fillet (such as barramundi, snapper, flathead, whiting)
- 3 tbsp chopped dill, plus extra for baking
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
- zest of ½ lemon
- 20 capers, rinsed and drained
- ¼ fresh red chilli
- 1½ tbsp lemon-infused olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
