  • 120 g (4¼ oz) all-purpose potatoes, cut into small chunks
  • 40 g (1½ oz/¼ cup) frozen baby peas
  • 250 g (9 oz) marinara mix – prawns, fish and scallops
  • 250 g (9 oz) firm white fish fillet (such as barramundi, snapper, flathead, whiting)
  • 3 tbsp chopped dill, plus extra for baking
  • 3 tbsp chopped chives
  • zest of ½ lemon
  • 20 capers, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ fresh red chilli
  • 1½ tbsp lemon-infused olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
