- 400 g (2 cups) Indian sago
- 400 g desiree potatoes, peeled and halved
- 60 ml (¼ cup) ghee
- 2½ tsp cumin seeds
- 105 g (â…” cup) coarsely chopped peanuts
- Handful curry leaves
- â…› tsp asafoetida
- 3 long green chillies, seeds removed and chopped
- 1½ tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2½ tbsp lime juice
- Coriander leaves, to serve
