- 250 g cream cheese
- 6 egg yolks
- 25 g caster sugar
- 60 g plain flour
- 15 g corn flour
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 egg whites
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, plus extra for brushing
