  • 7-8 spring onion
  • 150g medium-sized shrimps cleaned,shelled and deveined
  • 150g minced pork
  • 100g water chest nut
  • 100g shitake mushroom
  • 1tbsp coriander root,chopped
  • 1tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 1 tbsp sugar
  • palm oil for deep frying
  • sweet plum sauce or sweet chili sauce (for dipping)
