Ingredients
- 30 spring roll wrappers
- 7-8 spring onion
- 150g medium-sized shrimps cleaned,shelled and deveined
- 150g minced pork
- 100g water chest nut
- 100g shitake mushroom
- 1tbsp coriander root,chopped
- 1tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 1 tbsp sugar
- palm oil for deep frying
- sweet plum sauce or sweet chili sauce (for dipping)
