[Pakistan] How to cook Naan Breads
Ingredients
- 320 grams organic strong plain flour, some extra to flour the rolling surface
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 100 ml beaten natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- ½ pint whole milk, depending how much is required during kneading
- For the spice toppings: 1/2 teaspoon each of nigella seeds and sesame seeds
