Ingredients

  • 320 grams organic strong plain flour, some extra to flour the rolling surface
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 100 ml beaten natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • ½ pint whole milk, depending how much is required during kneading
  • For the spice toppings: 1/2 teaspoon each of nigella seeds and sesame seeds
