  • 50 gram= 1.76 oz butter (room temperature)

  • 2 tsp milk
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 140 gram = 5 oz sieved all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
Mix sugar and butter by hand, add in egg yolks, milk and honey mix with spatula, finally add in flour and baking powder knead into dough, put in plastic wrap 1 hour in fridge. Egg wash
