  • 800 g waxy potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 red capsicum (pepper), membrane removed, thinly sliced
  • 3 tsps moked sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of saffron threads
  • 3 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 400 g mussels, cleaned
  • 4 x 100 g pieces skinless cod
  • 12 prawns, peeled and deveined
