[German] How to cook Mushroom sherry tarts
Ingredients
- 3 sheets frozen puff pastry, defrosted in fridge
- 300 g button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 40 g butter
- 300 ml cream
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks
- white pepper
- finely chopped parsley to serve
