- 80 g caster sugar

- 10 g milk powder
- 10 g sea salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) cold water
- 45 g butter, melted, cooled
Cinnamon butter
- 300 g unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
Vanila glaze
- 200 g icing sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped
