[Vietnam] How to cook Pork terrine baguette (banh mi cha lua)
Ingredients
- 1 kg (2 lb 4 oz) pork leg, finely minced (ground)
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 2½ tbsp fish sauce
- 1 large banana leaf
- 6 baguettes
- 2 cucumbers, sliced lengthways
- 1 bunch coriander
- 6 spring onions
- 2 red chillies, sliced
- light soy sauce
- pinch of salt and pepper
