Candied orange rind
  • 3 oranges
  • 220 g (1 cup) caster sugar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) water
Orange blossom water buttercream
  • 250 g butter, at room temperature
  • 375 g (3 cups) icing sugar, sifted
  • 3-4 tsp orange blossom water (or to taste)
