- 220 g (1 cup) caster sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) water
Orange blossom water buttercream
- 250 g butter, at room temperature
- 375 g (3 cups) icing sugar, sifted
- 3-4 tsp orange blossom water (or to taste)
