Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
  • 3 slices of challah, each about 3 cm thick
  • 2 knobs of butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 80–100 ml Canadian maple syrup
  • 1 cupfresh blueberries
