Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tbsp icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
- 3 slices of challah, each about 3 cm thick
- 2 knobs of butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 80–100 ml Canadian maple syrup
- 1 cupfresh blueberries
