[Australian] How to cook Blackened mullet
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 11 kgs kinless black trevally fillets (you could also use mullet or mackerel), pin-boned
- 100 g butter
