[Maldives] How to cook Whole Fish from the Maldives / Fihunu Mas
Ingredients
- 1 Thai bird chili peppers, more to taste
- 1/2 habanero peppers, more to taste
- 1 onion
- 4-5 large cloves garlic
- 7 1/2 - 15ounces coconut milk
- 1Tbsp chili powder, to taste
- 1Tbsp ground cumin
- 12 curry leaves
- 2tsp black peppercorns
- 1Tbsp salt
- 1-2 fish(whole), number and size as needed
