[Japan] How to cook Green tea noodle salad
Ingredients
- 125 ml oil
- 4 wonton wrappers
- 3 tbsp dried shredded wakame
- 250 g green tea noodles
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 spring onions (scallions), green part only, thinly sliced
- 80 ml Japanese soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Japanese rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
