[Janpan] How to cook Sushi Rice
Ingredients
Rice- 3 rice cooker cups* (540ml) Japanese short grain rice
- Water
- 2" (5 cm) kombu (optional but it will give nice aroma)
- â…“ cup (80 ml) rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
Sushi Vinegar for 2 Rice Cooker Cups (360ml) of Japanese rice
- 4 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
