[Taiwan] How to cook Beef noodle
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Chinese rice wine
- 1/8 cup rock candy
- 3 (1-inch) slices of fresh ginger
- 2 stalks of green onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 red hot pepper, seeded
- 1 bag of spice pack
- 1 cups chicken broth
