  • 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chinese rice wine
  • 1/8 cup rock candy
  • 3 (1-inch) slices of fresh ginger
  • 2 stalks of green onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 red hot pepper, seeded
  • 1 bag of spice pack
  • 1 cups chicken broth
